Ohana Time Bank

Thank you to Sifu Phil for allowing us to open this for discussion. CW Woodworks Flooring (Chad and Lisa Weber) would like to introduce the idea of an Ohana "time bank". For those unfamiliar with the concept, please feel free to check out this website, http://www.timebanks.org. The idea is that a community of people donate their time and skills to help others in the community. Someone would spend an hour or two helping someone else, then they would have a "time dollar" that they could later use to have someone help them for an hour or two. This can either be a charitable endeavor or an exchange of services within the community. We would like to hear your thoughts and ideas on this subject.
