Hello All,

just wanted to extend an open invitation to all of you to attend our Open Cage/Ring & Mat Night every Friday evening at Poway MMA. Sparring begins at 6:00 PM and continues until 8:30 PM. There is no fee charge to participate and the atmosphere is very friendly. We have participants from Throwdown Elite, LA Boxing, Pacific Beach Boxing & Muay Thai, City Boxing and Black Tiger Boxe Thai who paricipate on a regular basis. Participants range from intermediate to pro level fighters.

Sparring in all ranges: Boxing / No Gi BJJ / Gi BJJ / Muay Thai / Wrestling / MMA

Come down and participate or just watch the fights.

I need as many Thai Boxers / Kickboxers & Mixed Martial Arts combatants at Poway MMA gym this Friday to get my folks ready for their upcoming shows!! (Please high intermediate to advanced level fighters only)

Please attend if possible.

This is an open invitation to anyone interested in friendly competition. No gym usage fee required during Open Cage / Ring & Mat Night. Just sign the waiver and bang away.

Please ask your respective coaches/trainers for permission if you plan on attending or bring them along to monitor your safety. We begin at 6:00 PM and cool down at 8:45 PM.
